Over the years of development in this industry, we have mastered a lot of methods for inviting to the network business - from "a scam with vacancies for everyone" to "an adult solid offer to selected candidates."
I must say that absolutely all options work to one degree or another. But for us, the cornerstone was the question: "How to invite to the network business so as not to spoil relations with people?"
Every second new partner at the start says that he is not ready to work with his List of Acquaintances.
What would be the logic?
You came to MLM because you saw new opportunities and development prospects here. Then why did you decide to hide these opportunities from friends and relatives?
But in fact, the answer is quite obvious - a person does not want to convince anyone, prove, impose. He is also afraid that he will not be understood, that he will be condemned or dissuaded.
Or maybe you had such a feeling - offhand assess your surroundings and understand - these are not the people who should be invited to network marketing.
And you are right. Absolutely right.
95% OF PEOPLE FROM THE LIST DO NOT NEED TO BE INVITED TO THE NETWORK BUSINESS
“ MLM is a business of big numbers and a business of statistics,” says most networkers and is taught to drag everything that moves here. The logic is simple - sign as many people as possible, and then the statistics will work - someone will remain.
The idea itself is correct, only the meaning has been distorted. And as a result - a huge number of people who leave MLM completely disappointed.
After all, they were promised income, success, a beautiful life. But in reality - only a few will achieve the promised result. Units are able to be leaders and lead. Nobody canceled the Laws of Nature.
Few people have career ambitions, are ready to leave their comfort zone, take responsibility and discipline themselves. That's who you need to invite to the network business.
And there are about 5% of such people in your environment.
These are small entrepreneurs, self-employed, networkers, careerists, those who want to start their own business, but do not know how. In general, those who have ambitions for self-realization, who strive for freedom (not just dreaming while sitting on the couch, but at least doing something for this)
Others require a completely different approach.
